- Returned items must have all original tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your returned item for a different product, please indicate this when contacting customer service for your RA number. Specify the product you would like in exchange.
- Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process and ship the exchange item to you.
Store Credit
- As an alternative to exchanging an item, you can opt to receive store credit. This credit will be added to your Raphaella account once the returned item is processed and approved.
- Store credit can be used towards any future purchases on our website and does not expire.
Refunds
- If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange or store credit, please indicate this in your return request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
