General Return Policy

    • Eligibility for Returns:

      • Returned items must have all original tags still attached.
      • Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
      • Items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
    • Non-Returnable Items:
      • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

    Process for Returns

    1. Initiate a Return:
      • Contact our customer service team at returns@raphaella.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization:
      • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
    3. Packaging Your Return:
      • Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging, including all tags. Include the RA number inside the package.
    4. Shipping Your Return:
      • Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the return authorization instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is received.

    Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges:
      • If you wish to exchange your returned item for a different product, please indicate this when contacting customer service for your RA number. Specify the product you would like in exchange.
      • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process and ship the exchange item to you.

    Store Credit

    • As an alternative to exchanging an item, you can opt to receive store credit. This credit will be added to your Raphaella account once the returned item is processed and approved.
    • Store credit can be used towards any future purchases on our website and does not expire.

    Refunds

    • If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange or store credit, please indicate this in your return request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Processing Time:

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:
